Our office accepts Medicare assignment and is a participating provider in many local and statewide PPOs. Please check your insurance handbook for a list of qualified providers. Our office will be happy to file claim forms for the plans in which we participate. If desired we will be happy to supply an itemized statement so that you can submit your claim with ease.

Cosmetic procedures are paid in advance or at the time of service by cash, credit card, or check. Payment arrangements may be available for non-cosmetic procedures.

The staff at the front desk or insurance department will be very happy to answer any questions you may have.
